The SMS system uses clear brackets and wires that are specifically made for short-term orthodontic treatment. The transparent brackets and tooth-colored wires blend seamlessly with your smile while gently moving your teeth into the proper alignment.
Once we determine that Six Month Smiles is right for you, the dentist will take impressions of your teeth and work on the design of your orthodontic case. In approximately two weeks, fabrication of the custom bonding trays for placement of your brackets will be complete and ready for custom placement in your mouth.
We will bond your braces to your teeth in our office and make any necessary adjustments. You will return every four weeks for adjustments during your six months of treatment. Then your new straighter smile is yours to enjoy!
