Merian presented with a chief complaint of a damaged front tooth that was part of a bridge that utilized an older porcelain technology that used metal as a support structure. She was displeased with the look of the dark gum lins due to the metal that was present underneath. Her smile was able to be improved drastically utilizing in house digitally designed computer aided design and manufacturing (CAD / CAM) ceramics that helped restore beauty back to the smile!
